For a €5,000 secured loan over five years with weekly repayments of €23.08, an Interest rate of 7.5%, an APR of 7.8%; the total amount payable by the Member will be just €5999.52.   Compare this to what’s on offer from your local bank and you will see for yourself a significant difference.

Consider this:   If you pay €25.00 per week  to the credit union, the additional money is paid to your share account meaning that your shares will have increased by €499.20 over the life of the loan.  (€23.08 to the loan and €1.92 into savings)

Standard Loan: 11.5% (12.17% APR)

Roscrea standard loan rate. This rate is available for loans such as Home Improvements, Car, Holiday, Special Occasions, Christmas, Medical Expenses etc.
